Zones Gym offers several membership plans. Membership details, including enrollment fees and monthly dues, will be provided at the time of sign-up. Membership plans include:

• Founders 12mo Term Presale: A 12-month term with specific benefits.
• Founders MTM Presale: A month-to-month plan offering flexibility.
• 12mo Term Presale: Another 12-month term option.
• MTM Presale: A month-to-month plan with its specific features.

Eligibility
To become a member of Zones Gym, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent. By signing up, you affirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Membership Activation
Your membership will be activated upon payment of the applicable enrollment fee and the first month’s dues. Zones Gym reserves the right to refuse membership to anyone for any reason.

Payment Terms
All membership fees are due as specified in the membership plan details. You authorize Zones Gym to charge your payment method for all applicable fees associated with your membership. Membership fees are subject to change, and we will notify you of any changes in advance.

3. Cancellation and Termination

• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice to Zones Gym. Please refer to your specific membership plan for details on cancellation procedures and any associated fees.

4. Use of Facilities

Members must adhere to all gym rules and regulations, including but not limited to:

• Proper conduct and respect for other members and staff.
• Following all safety and health guidelines.
• Returning equipment to its designated location after use.

5. Health and Safety

• Members are encouraged to consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program or using gym facilities.
• Members must inform staff of any medical conditions that may affect their ability to exercise safely.
• Members assume all risks associated with physical activity and agree that Zones Gym is not liable for any injuries incurred during workouts or while using gym facilities.

6. Liability Waiver

By using our facilities and services, you acknowledge that exercise involves risks, including the risk of injury. You agree to waive, release, and hold harmless Zones Gym, its owners, and employees from any liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained while using the gym facilities or participating in any activities.

7. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards staff and fellow members. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation.
• Use of abusive or offensive language.
• Damage or vandalism of gym property.
• Unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Littering or leaving personal belongings in shared spaces.

8. Personal Property

Zones Gym is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Members are encouraged to secure their belongings in lockers provided within the facility.

9. Media Release

By participating in Zones Gym activities, you grant permission for the use of your image, likeness, or voice in any promotional materials, including but not limited to photographs, videos, or testimonials, without compensation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Milford, Ohio.
