45 min - 1 hour mat Pilates. Low impact exercise focusing on strengthening muscles, improving flexibility, & enhancing posture through controlled movements & mindful breathing. Emphasis on core strength.
High energy barbell based workout combining strength training & cardio, set to music. Designed to tone muscles, improve endurance, burn calories with high rep, low weight exercises targeting every major muscle group.
